I had gone to 2 other auto body shops and felt most comfortable with Coal Creek Collision\u2019s warm welcome, and honest approach. They were extremely thorough with their assessment of damages and explained everything in detail. They were very good at organizing a rental car for me and keeping communication on the car\u2019s progress. While I was getting the work done I had them fix an old ding (not bus related) over the back fender; I\u2019d tried to have other shops fix it several times without success. When I picked up the car, I couldn\u2019t believe how good the car looked as if nothing ever happened, and was even more excited about this little door ding they got out.
